2010 sauvignon semillion blanc
A light style with elegance and restraint. Lemongrass, orange and hints
of straw dominate the nose. Citrus and passion fruit flavours drive a lean
palate that has excellent acidity and balance.
2010 viognier
A light and delicate example of this variety. Honeysuckle, white pepper
and lime juice dominate both nose and palate. An excellent pre-drink or
great with a chicken salad or seafood.
2009 shiraz/viognier
These two varieties combined are deep in ruby hue and full of blackberry
flavour with lifted spice notes. Perfect in structure and weight.

2007 shiraz
This bright young Shiraz is elegant and charming. Sweet cherry, jasmine
and sandalwood aromas are underpinned by a complex savoury note.
The palate appears with shimmering red cherry and five spice insisting
upon locally sourced rustic fare. Drink now or will cellar well.
2010 rose
This 2010 Rose reveals generous rose and floral aromas, finishing
with dry and lively flavours of fresh cherry and orchard fruits. Casual
enjoyment is encouraged as is pairing the wine with local, fresh seasonal
produce and fine cheeses of South Australia.
2007 cabernet sauvignon
Aromas of blackcurrant and cassis swirl with tones of violet perfume in
the glass. Generous yet refined tannins mingle with flavours of mulberry,
liquorice and red earth. We appreciate this wine for its accurate
expression of our mature vineyard.
2005 cabernet sauvignon
Mulberries and dusty cigar box characters. Drying, mouth coating tannins
underpin an old world style Cabernet. Refining superbly with bottle age.
2003 cabernet sauvignon
This deep crimson cabernet hits the nose with rich fruit driven aromas
of blackcurrant intermingled with damp earth and pencil shavings. The
palate of blackberry, currant and cassis is supported with firm acid
structure and completed with sleek tannins.
